Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation (TUPC) Comprehensive Reports Each year, the UNC School of Medicine’s Tobacco Prevention and Evaluation Program (TPEP) prepares a comprehensive report regarding all tobacco use prevention and cessation (TUPC) activities of HWTF.
